Amazing hotel with every amenity I need. The free wi-fi, outdoor pool. I recall when the staff helped me find my lost bracelet. Highly recommend!

Clean affordable hotel with excellent and affable staff. Magnificent setting, close enough to local restaurants, and beach, restaurants, shopping, bus stops. Also, close to all the shops on waikiki. Overall very good stay for 4 nights.

Well priced and beautiful small hotel located in a shopping area so close to Oahu beaches and other attractions and the trolley and transport. Very nice boutique building and rooms with kitchenette.

We were in a particularly good and incredible location not too far away from an outdoor shopping center.

Hotel as a whole is beautiful small and modern, I appreciated it.

the hotel has recently renovated and well-designed rooms with a tub, the tv was working plus a king bed. they put safety first, offer safe in rooms.

Convenient & friendly staff & good location

Need refurbishing , carpet old & balcony dirty... Concrete floor very dusty.

The people at the Plaza we extremely helpful with any questions. The guest were friendly and is was more of an extended family by the time we left. Rooms were great and loved the option of being able to cook or go out. Just to have juice or coffee in your room was great. Comfortable King bed, balcony over looking the great shopping in Waikiki. The pool was lovely also. If you want Fancy.. Not for you...but if you want to feel at home away from home...check it out.

Staff (Tina) was friendly and explained paperwork, deposit, and room cleanliness requirements. Excellent location one block from Waikiki Beach. No hotel parking and loading/unloading area, but public parking across the street available. Room was neat and had many amenities, like mini kitchnette with frig, microwave, stovetop, pots and pans, and dishes. Balcony was spacious. Washer and dryer available at one dollar per wash and 25 cents per 10 min per dry time. Street noise could be heard, but that is to be expected due to location in the heart of Waikiki. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

The location made it easy for us to walk to various attractions. The staff was particularly helpful, lending us towels and beach chairs at no extra cost.

The dining options were fairly limited at the hotel.

The location proved to be ideal for accessing the beach and local shopping. The friendly staff provided a great welcome, even upgrading our room for an early check-in without charge. The lack of dining options nearby meant we often relied on Uber Eats, and the pool area appeared small when crowded.
